Real Property Management
The Deputy Dave Team
The “Deputy Dave Team”
Growing up in Orange County California, I saw the rural community grow
into a modern metropolitan area.
Real estate is a major component of
the wealth cycle.
While working as a bailiff in the
county court house, I had an opportunity to read. I read William Nickerson’s book,
How I turned $1,000.00 Into a
$1,000.0000 in Real Estate . . . in my spare time. That book inspired me to buy real estate. I guess, like Nickerson, I
also did it in my spare time.
As a deputy sheriff, I did “Officer Friendly” presentations, taught a high
school course, “Introduction to Law Enforcement” and made countless presentations to schools. Along the way,
I became known as “Deputy Dave.”
I also took college classes on real estate management, taxation and
exchanges and other real estate classes. It enabled me to operate my own properties.
When I retired from law enforcement and became a real estate agent. I
found it was easy for clients to remember my name, “Deputy Dave.” And now as a Broker . . . Well I guess
“Deputy Dave – The Broker” is easy to remember.
While working as a Deputy Sheriff, I
worked with the program; “Crime Free – Multiple Housing.” It is a program that improves the life quality of
tenants in the rental projects. It improves the return on investment (ROI) to the owner. We can implement the
principles in your property.
The Apartment Association of the
Greater Inland Empire - AAGIE.comhas beneficial resources for any property owner. They have been helpful in
my business. I encourage every rental property owner to also join
AAGIE.
It is my goal to lead a team that provides competent, ethical service to
our clients. Our team is service oriented to both the owner and tenants.
